Join our resident chai master and founder of Samay, Abhi for a 3-hour class to learn the basics of making authentic chai as if you were roaming the streets of Mumbai. Abhi will also show you the "Tradition of Chai" directly from India, and how he's learned to mix in flavors, and best of all you'll get to create a chai flavor of your own.

I’ve been making chai since I was 8 yrs old, and have spent years exploring different techniques, playing with new flavors and developing original recipes - guess you could call me a chai jedi! haha
